WIFF Ticket and Theatre Information
Tickets for WIFF 365 must be picked up or purchased in the lobby of the Capitol Theatre (121 University Ave W). The theatre will open to patrons one hour prior to the first screening of the evening. Online tickets will be set via PDF attachment to all confirmation emails. Must print-at-home, or open on mobile device to find a QR code for each ticket. These will be scanned upon entering the theatre.

All Festival 2018 tickets must be picked up or purchased at the Box office at 109 University Ave W. (ArtCite Gallery, directly attached to the Capitol Theatre. Online tickets must also be exchanged for hard tickets at the box office.
A note to Pass Holders: During festival, a fast track line will be available to pass holders from 8:00AM-noon daily at the Box office at 109 University Ave W.. From noon until closing, pass holders will be in line with ticket purchasers.

**$1 from each ticket sale is contributed to the Capitol Theatre Restoration Fund.
Passes include all films, except Opening Night Film, Closing Night Film, and Food on Film. Pass Holders are entitled to one ticket per screening block.
Buying Tickets and Box Office Hours:
The Box Office will open 1 hour prior to the first screening of the day and will remain open until the last film begins.
Box Office purchases are CASH ONLY
We recommend that customers arrive at the Box Office 30 minutes before the scheduled start of their event.
All tickets and passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets are valid only for the event for which they are issued and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
$1 from each ticket goes to the Capitol Theatre restoration fund.
Tickets can be purchased online and at the WIFF Box Office.
Pass Holders must pick up tickets daily for the films they wish to attend that day. It is not possible to get tickets to every film screening that day; for films that are playing at the same time, only one can be chosen.
Online tickets will not be mailed and cannot be picked up until the Box Office officially opens.
Due to circumstances outside WIFF’s control, the film schedule is subject to change. Please check the website regularly to see if there have been any changes or cancellations to your screening or event.
All screenings of foreign language films are in the original language with English subtitles, unless otherwise indicated.
Proof of age by government issued ID will be required prior to admission for persons appearing under the age of 18.
For tickets and passes, students must present valid student ID at time of purchase and pick-up.

Once you've purchased your ticket and picked it up at the box office, you may notice some numbers that indicate which theatre your film is being shown in. Here's a breakdown of what each number means:
